Re-Gen Waste Ltd is seeking a Contracts & Customer Services Manager to lead all customer service, retailer engagement, stakeholder management and contract governance for the Northern Ireland DRS operation. You will report to the General Manager and ensure retailers, return-point operators and suppliers receive first-class service while achieving KPIs.
