Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd in London/Bromley area is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contract delivery across multiple sites, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role demands strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a commitment to health, safety and QEMS/ISO standards, with line-management of operational teams and rigorous reporting to clients. You will develop mobilisation plans, monitor cashflow and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industry-standard construction contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Project and relevant IT platforms.
• Excellent understanding and implementation of health & safety standards.
• Minimum 5 years’ contract management experience within the Social Housing sector, delivering planned and reactive repairs & maintenance projects.
• Strong commercial and business awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract delivery across multiple sites to meet client expectations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and manage resources efficiently.
• Develop mobilisation plans and manage contractor reports.
• Ensure cashflow meets targets and ISO-aligned QEMS processes.
• Maintain project data on IT systems and issue contractual notifications.
• Lead health, safety and quality across all projects.
• Line manage direct reports and uphold HR policies.
• Promote equality, diversity and inclusion across all activities.
