Salary up to 26,500K. Salary review at probation.

Hours:

Full Time - 8am - 5pm (4pm every other Friday)

Join Our Team - Contracts Administrator: We seek a highly organized and proactive Contracts Administrator for our Fabric Department. Responsibilities include:

  • Raising job requests and managing quoted works
  • Ensuring RAMS are completed before site work
  • Providing timely updates to clients and engineers
  • Managing permits and compliance documentation

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Primary Duties:
  • Coordinate with Fabric Contracts team, helpdesk, and engineers
  • Plan and schedule quoted jobs daily
  • Advise clients on attendance dates and realistic timeframes
  • Complete RAMS for quoted and reactive works upon client request
  • Manage material delivery, checking 24 hours prior to job start
  • Assist engineers with on-site queries via phone
  • Respond to client inquiries, escalating as needed
  • Update CRM systems (Job Logic)
  • Complete all permits of work

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm / Alternating weekly: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm.
