Contracts Administrator

Location: Banstead, Surrey

Salary: 25,500 - 27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: 6 months (with the potential for a permanent role)

A rapidly expanding multi-national Engineering business based in Banstead, Surrey is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their dynamic and collaborative contracts team. This position is initially offered as a 6-month contract with a credible opportunity for permanent placement for a suitable candidate.

As part of a supportive and efficient team in a fast-paced office environment, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining internal systems and records up to date following job completion.
  • Preparing and dispatching final documents to clients.
  • Verifying job details and pursuing any missing information.
  • Providing administrative support including filing, data entry, and general assistance to the team.
  • Addressing basic client inquiries regarding completed work.
  • Assisting in invoice preparation and generating simple reports.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Excel and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-centric approach.
