Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Liaising with warehouse teams and delivery providers to investigate and resolve delivery issues.
• Processing customer orders, returns and refunds.
• Checking online orders and carrying out the necessary security checks.
• Ensuring product information and website content remain accurate and up to date.
• Building positive relationships with customers and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to resolve queries and support day-to-day operations.
