Contract Support Manager - Environmental Services

Location: London - (North)
Contract Type: Interim - FT 6 months
Salary: £40k - £50k

We are looking for a motivated Contract Support professional to join our team and help ensure the smooth delivery of operational activities for our client. Are you organised, proactive, and committed to supporting high‑quality environmental services?

About the Role

In this role, you will support contract performance, oversee key administrative tasks, and provide essential coordination between operational teams, construction colleagues, and the client. You will be responsible for managing equipment maintenance, assisting with investigations, and ensuring compliance and efficiency across the contract. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to, log, and investigate complaints raised by members of the client organisation
  • Review all relevant facts, figures, and supporting evidence to assess each case accurately
  • Analyse CCTV footage and supplementary data to establish timelines and verify events
  • Collate findings into clear, concise reports and provide informed outcome recommendations
  • Take responsibility for the management and organisation of equipment maintenance on site
  • Collaborate with construction colleagues to coordinate and manage ad‑hoc construction projects during operational periods
  • Support internal teams to resolve complaints and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and ensure all investigations and maintenance activities meet compliance and quality standards
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with all stakeholders
