Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment is seeking a Recruiter to provide end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support within a busy HR function in Huddersfield. The role targets someone with recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR administration experience and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR systems.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle through the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate scheduling.
• Support hiring managers, recruiters and HR stakeholders throughout the process.
• Administer offers, onboarding activities and pre-employment checks.
• Coordinate background screening and reference checks.
• Support immigration compliance as required.
• Create and format job descriptions per branding guidelines.
• Arrange candidate travel and interview logistics.
• Process recruitment-related expenses.
• Maintain records and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes.
