CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a national portfolio from the East Midlands area. You will manage contract performance, lead engineering and operations teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure compliant, high-quality service.

The role focuses on driving revenue, cost control, and continuous improvement while upholding safety and CBRE procedures across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hard Services FM with self-delivery and subcontractor management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; solid Health & Safety understanding (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and efficient operations.
• Manage and direct the Engineering and Operational teams, including performance, training, and adherence to procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and CBRE management, including reporting and issue resolution.
• Manage financial plans focusing on revenue, profit, and cost reduction while maintaining quality standards and policy adherence.
• Identify improvements and implement control systems to meet statutory and contractual commitments, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Deliver effective communication across channels and drive staff training for site, systems, and personnel development.
