Job summary

WTW is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Ipswich to back a fast-paced business unit within the Operations team, aligning with the Client Excellence Model (CEM). You’ll handle end-to-end client documentation, data loading, due diligence, and answers to technical questions to safeguard client interests.

The role emphasizes process adherence, confidentiality, and continuous professional development, with hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of processes and systems to support client service delivery.
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, wordings and regulatory environment.
• Willing to undertake CII qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate end-to-end client documentation within FCA and contract certainty requirements.
• Load data into WTW systems accurately and timely.
• Undertake due diligence of new clients, markets and third parties.
• Answer and resolve technical questions from clients and colleagues to protect client interests.
• Support revenue tracking and processing for the business unit.
• Coordinate with Xchanging, bureau submission and Facilities teams on queries.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage data per WTW guidelines.
• Complete mandatory training and CPD annually.
