Job summary

WTW is seeking a Global Specialist to manage multinational client programmes and deliver high‑quality service to international clients. The role is based in Ipswich and London with hybrid working arrangements, focusing on renewals, data gathering, and coordination with insurers, brokers, and clients.

You will input into strategy meetings, align local and global policy requirements, and help maximise WTW Global Network appointments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level standard with relevant industry experience.
• ACII qualification sought or in progress.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service to allocated international clients within the multinational portfolio.
• Support new and existing business within the relevant Business Area.
• Coordinate renewal data gathering and KPI agreement with insurers and brokers.
• Communicate group programmes to broker networks and client operations.
