Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Global Specialist (Multinational Insurance) to deliver client service for allocated multinational clients and support new and existing business for the relevant Business Area. This is a hybrid role, can be based out either Ipswich or London.

The role covers Global Programme Renewals, including creating annual service plans, renewal data gathering strategies, and coordinating with insurers, brokers, and clients to align local and global policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience.
• Preferably holds, or is working towards, the ACII professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of client service for allocated multinational clients.
• Support for new and existing business for the relevant Business Area.
• Create and agree the annual service plan for each Multinational Client.
• Coordinate renewal data gathering strategy and timeline.
• Liaise with clients, brokers and insurers on strategy and requirements.
• Ensure policy local nuances align with global programmes.
