Job summary

G2 Legal is working with a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice that specialises exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. They seek a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE to manage a varied caseload of high-value disputes and to develop specialist expertise.

You'll work remotely or in a hybrid model with strong mentoring, support from leading practitioners, and a clear pathway to Partnership, while enjoying a flexible approach and balanced workload.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Experience handling wills, trusts and estate disputes.
• Strong client care and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes, including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, and executor/trustee disputes.
• Operate with autonomy while benefiting from mentoring and technical expertise of the team.
• Provide high-quality client service and develop specialist expertise.
