G2 Legal is assisting a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice in recruiting a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE). The firm specialises exclusively in contentious trusts and estates and handles high-value, complex matters across the UK.

You will manage a varied caseload with full autonomy, supported by senior colleagues through mentoring and technical expertise. Flexible remote/hybrid working and a merit‑based path to Partnership are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE with solid contentious probate experience.
• Confident managing own caseload with strong technical ability.
• Excellent client care skills and desire for long-term progression.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes in contentious probate.
• Handle wills, inheritance, trusts and executor/trustee disputes, and related challenges.
• Operate with autonomy while receiving mentoring and collaborative support.
