Job summary

G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates in the UK.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including will and inheritance disputes, Act 1975 challenges, and executor disputes, with autonomy to run matters while supported by a collaborative and experienced team. Remote and hybrid working is standard, with a clear pathway to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate is required.
• Solid experience handling complex probate disputes.
• Confident managing own caseload with strong client care.
• Demonstrates technical ability and careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of will, trust and estate disputes.
• Run own matters with autonomy while receiving mentoring support.
• Provide high-quality technical advocacy and client service.
