G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice, specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates. Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Experience in will and inheritance disputes.
• Ability to manage own caseload with autonomy.
• Strong technical ability and high client care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes including will and inheritance disputes, trust and estate disputes, executor and trustee disputes.
• Provide strategic advice and robust advocacy for clients with excellent client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues while developing specialist expertise in contentious probate.
• Pursue a merit-based pathway to Partnership within a supportive culture.
