Contentious Probate Solicitor / Senior Solicitor

Now, the firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its respected team in Bromley. You'll work alongside a department head and colleagues who are known across the region for their expertise, empathy, and commitment to client care.

You'll manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:

• Will challenges, trust disputes, and inheritance claims
• Contentious estate administration
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Representing clients in mediations, settlement negotiations, and proceedings

You'll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years' PQE in contentious probate or general litigation
• Likely to have trained or worked at a recognised Legal 500 regional, South East or London-based firm
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Empathetic communicator with a commercial mindset
• Confident managing files independently while collaborating with the wider team
