G2 Legal is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 3+ PQE in Wakefield to join a nationally recognised boutique disputes practice specialising exclusively in contentious trusts and estates.

You will handle high-quality, complex disputes, with autonomy to run your own matters while benefitting from mentoring and a collaborative team. Flexible remote and hybrid working arrangements support a strong work-life balance and clear progression to Partnership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of complex disputes in contentious probate.
• Advise on will, trust, and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims.
• Represent clients in executor and trustee disputes with autonomy and support from the team.
