Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in contentious probate.
• Solid contentious probate experience with wills, trusts, and estate disputes.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care.
• Willing to work autonomously while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of will/inheritance disputes.
• Handle executor and trustee disputes and challenges to wills.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and client communication.
• Pursue long-term career progression toward Partnership.
