We are looking for a content and audience analyst to support the delivery of LBR’s audience growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of editorial, product and marketing and plays a key role in shaping how we measure, understand and optimise content performance across our platforms.
This is a hands‑on analytical role suited to someone who enjoys turning data into insight, evaluating performance trends and enabling teams to make evidence‑based decisions about content, distribution and engagement.
You will support the head of audience development by delivering data, reporting and insight that inform how content is planned, distributed and optimised. You will manage audience and content reporting frameworks, monitor performance trends and provide clear, actionable analysis that improves reach, engagement, conversion and retention.
You will also maintain and promote content intelligence tools and dashboards that are accurate, easy to interpret and widely used across editorial and product teams, supporting both internal decision‑making and client‑facing initiatives.
