Job summary

Motorway, the UK's largest online car-selling platform, is seeking a Team Leader for its Brighton Seller Sales team. You will lead a 14-strong contact centre, coach the team, manage performance and use dashboards to drive improvements.

You will bring hands-on leadership, accountability and a passion for coaching to build a high-performance culture and raise the bar for future performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales team in a contact centre or fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to coach regularly and drive skill development and accountability.
• Strong data literacy to use insights for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of a high-performing sales team of up to 14 agents.
• Drive performance against KPIs and colleague development plans.
• Coach regularly to build capability and resilience.
• Use data and dashboards to manage trends and issues.
• Deliver 1-2-1s and performance reviews with real impact.
• Manage attendance, adherence and wellbeing fairly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business outcomes.
• Bring energy and creativity to motivate the team to results.
• Own issues and initiatives and drive improvements.
• Work as part of a broader management team.
