Mis-Sold Expert in Manchester is seeking a Sales Team Leader to drive a 6–8 person sales team. You will manage day-to-day performance, coach for results and run daily huddles with KPI monitoring.

The role emphasizes using AI-powered tools to support coaching, live call listening and on-the-job training to create a high-performing environment. You will lead performance conversations, analyse why numbers are where they are, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in outbound or high-volume call centre environments.
• Strong ability to analyse KPIs, coach for improvement and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 6–8 Sales Agents.
• Monitor daily KPIs and drive overall team performance.
• Work with dialler and CRM to ensure activity and results stay aligned with targets.
• Utilise AI-powered tools to support coaching and decision-making.
• Provide regular 1-to-1 coaching and on-the-job training.
• Address underperformance with clear action plans and support.
• Ensure FCA compliance and CRM data accuracy.
