Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a data-savvy Sales Team Leader to steer an outbound B2C telesales unit. You will lead 6–10 Executives, optimise our dialer setup, manage data lists, and translate insights into revenue while ensuring Ofcom/TPS compliance. Your role blends hands-on coaching with strategic data governance to drive growth.

This office-based position pays £55,000–£65,000 OTE with performance bonus and a clear path to scaling the team as the business expands.

Qualifications

1–5 years of management experience leading outbound B2C sales teams in a high-volume contact centre environment.
Hands-on experience with modern dialer platforms (e.g., Five9, Genesys, VICIdial, Talkdesk).
Proven track record of using data, list management, and dialer analytics to increase team sales performance.
Understanding of outbound compliance rules (e.g., dropped/abandoned call rates).
High energy, resilience, and the ambition to scale a department as the business expands.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 6–10 Telesales Executives to exceed targets.
Manage and optimize the automated/predictive dialer, list management, data segmentation, and recycling.
Monitor KPI and performance metrics to uplift revenue.
Coach agents using call listening and dialer analytics to improve pitch conversions.
Ensure dialer activity complies with regulatory standards (Ofcom/TPS).
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth and data-driven strategies.
