A leading consulting firm in London is seeking a Consultant for Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution. The role involves managing digital healthcare communication projects for top pharmaceutical and biotech companies. As a Consultant, you will manage and deliver digital healthcare communication and engagement projects for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and impactful project delivery that supports our clients’ commercial and customer engagement objectives.
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, communications, or a related discipline (master’s degree preferred).
5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare communications, or life sciences consulting sectors.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations.
Attention to detail and ability to oversee content accuracy, compliance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
Experience in healthcare communications or medical editorial content management.
Familiarity with omnichannel customer engagement or digital marketing strategies in life sciences.
Understanding of approval processes and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience coordinating international project delivery or working with external network partners.
Manage digital healthcare communication projects across their full lifecycle — from initial scoping to final delivery.
Coordinate internal colleagues and external network partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Serve as a day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee the development, quality review, and approval of project materials and editorial content.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and records using internal project management tools.
Contribute to process improvements, bringing forward ideas to enhance delivery efficiency and client experience.
Support senior consultants and managers in developing proposals and presentations for new opportunities.
The Customer Engagement Strategy & Execution (CESE) team is an international consulting group focused on helping life sciences clients enhance customer engagement through digital transformation, omnichannel strategy, and execution excellence.

Designing and implementing omnichannel engagement strategies for global and regional markets.
Developing data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and commercial impact.
Collaborating across Clarivate’s broader consulting practices, including Market Access, HEOR, and Commercial Strategy.
You will join a collaborative and ambitious team that values initiative, curiosity, and excellence in delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, UK, with hybrid working (2–3 days per week in our Liverpool Street office, the rest remote).
This position requires weekday (Monday–Friday) attendance with some flexibility around core hours.
