Job summary

Dalux is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Glasgow team to help construction professionals achieve value from our BIM-enabled SaaS platform. You will guide onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customers are engaged and successful throughout their journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, attend industry events, and represent Dalux to support long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in construction tech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understand BIM or digital construction workflows.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Comfortable presenting and training customers.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, implement, and train customers on Dalux software.
• Guide adoption and ensure long-term customer success.
• Represent Dalux at events and customer networking sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide product guidance and answer technical questions.
