Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is actively recruiting a Security Supervisor to lead the security and gate teams on a construction project in Margam. You will manage CCTV, rostering and patrols while delivering high service standards and maintaining team welfare.

The role requires an SIA license, strong communication skills and proven experience in security supervision, with a focus on customer service and professional conduct on site.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within the Security or traffic/gates environment.
• Valid SIA license in security guarding, door supervision or close protection.
• Strong communicator, able to deliver trainings and briefings.
• Ability to lead a large security team and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the security and gate teams on site.
• Oversee CCTV operations, rostering and patrol management.
• Maintain welfare and wellbeing of team members.
• Attend regular client meetings to review service levels.
