Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to assist in delivering development projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time progress, quality standards and cost control. You will coordinate trades, resources, and health and safety compliance on site, while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, attend sales/build meetings, oversee show homes, and may deputise when needed to keep projects on track across UK developments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet production programmes.
• Ability to drive targets via on-site team and trades/labour.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Experience with customer service in construction projects.
• Member of CIOB and/or qualified to NVQ level in Construction Management or time-served tradesman.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in managing the development from site start to completion.
• Ensure programme, quality and cost targets are achieved.
• Direct and support site team and subcontractors.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
