Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager to support the development team from start to finish, ensuring the programme, quality and cost targets are achieved through effective management of site trades and subcontractors.

You will coordinate labour and materials, attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team, deputise for the Site Manager when required, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and health and safety on every site.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within established build programs.
• Assertive to ensure delivery by the on-site team and trades/labour.
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or NVQ Construction Management or time served tradesman.
• In depth knowledge of Health and Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Good knowledge and experience dealing with customer service issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required and assume duties as directed.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear guidelines and supported in training and development.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
