Job summary

Kubota Group in Thame invites a proactive Team Leader to guide the Construction administration team, ensuring excellent customer service and on-time delivery.

Based at our Thame Head Office, this role operates a hybrid pattern: three days in the office and two days working from home, Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm.

You will lead, train, and develop staff, coordinate dealer and customer orders, and work closely with internal teams to maintain service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the construction administration team to ensure top customer service and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with sales divisions/dealers/key accounts to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain robust communication with dealers about order/product status, including customer visits when needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to achieve high levels of customer service.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues.
• Respond to enquiries on availability and pricing of products.
• Coordinate between dealer/customer orders and 3rd party suppliers.
• Direct, motivate and train divisional staff; support development via 1:1s and performance reviews.
