Job summary

Kubota invites you to join our Assembly team in Thame, UK, where you will assemble, check and modify machinery according to build instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards. Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with a slightly earlier finish on Fridays.

You will work with tractors, ground care equipment, RTVs and excavators, using hand and power tools to meet customer specs, report faults, and help identify improvements while keeping the workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling machinery according to build instructions.
• Ability to work within time limits and maintain safety standards.
• Identify faults and report issues to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble new products (tractors, ground care, RTVs, excavators) to build specs using tools.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and complete required tasks.
• Meet high-quality standards in assembly and pre-delivery checks.
• Rectify minor faults and carry out routine maintenance as needed.
• Identify faults in assemblies/processes and report them.
• Collaborate with teammates to spot process improvements.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Adhere to health and safety policies to protect people and products.
