Job summary

PSI Global Group Limited is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager/Resourcer to join a busy, friendly team in the UK construction recruitment sector. You will source quality candidates for live vacancies across the UK, pro-actively use job boards and LinkedIn, and align candidate profiles with client requirements.

In this role you will maintain in-house systems, pre-screen candidates by telephone, and act as the main point of contact for candidates while delivering results under pressure, both

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience within recruitment/Outbound sales.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate screening experience.
• Experience using CRMs or ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates for live vacancies across the UK.
• Proactively utilise job boards and LinkedIn to find candidates.
• Work with clients to understand requirements.
• Update and maintain in-house systems.
• Pre-screen candidates by telephone and brief vacancies.
• Advertise vacancies and attract quality applicants.
