Job summary

The Morson Group is seeking an Internal Recruiter to work from the Central London office, coordinating with stakeholders to meet regional resourcing needs. You will manage the end-to-end process, from defining requirements to conducting face-to-face/Teams interviews, and build strong candidate pipelines.

You will advertise roles, source candidates, screen CVs, and provide excellent recruitment experiences while updating trackers and reports for the Recruitment Manager and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Background in agency or in-house recruitment within construction/civil engineering or similar sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Internal Recruiter

The Role

To work collaboratively with Stakeholders to meet Regional and Business Unit resourcing demands, based out of the Central London office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from liaising with stakeholders to understanding resourcing requirements to face-to-face/TEAMS interviewing.
• Responsible for all agency site-based resource requirements you will work closely with the operations teams within the regions and our selected Recruitment partners.
• Advertise job adverts on job boards/Social Media platforms
• Sourcing candidates through referrals
• Review and screen CVs and applications to ensure the hiring managers are given quality information
• Responsible for ensuring potential candidates receive an excellent recruitment and selection process.
• Updating job descriptions, such as tasks, or amend briefs accordingly
• Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and hiring managers on the status of open jobs & suggesting alternative approaches where applicable
• Creating talent pools for selected business areas
• Work in a collaborative approach with the chosen PSL
• Update recruitment trackers, metrics, and reports
• Produce recruitment reports
• Attend meetings to keep up to date with recruitment requirements
• Build collaborative relations externally with the chosen PSL and internally with senior stakeholders
• Challenge the accepted way of working and seek ways to continuously improve
• Build relationships with candidates and ensure high levels of trust and engagement

Essential:

• Experience in meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment/resourcing environment
• Background in working within an agency or in-house as a recruitment consultant/Internal Recruiter within the Construction, Civil Engineering or similar sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident on using Microsoft Office suite packages

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the built environment, ideally in Construction and/or Civil Engineering
• REC or equivalent recruitment qualification
