Job summary

CP Management Solutions LTD in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Inhouse Recruitment Account Manager to own the labour process for construction sites. The role focuses on ensuring the right people are in the right places at the right time, with a hands-on approach to coordinating labour across multiple sites.

You will act as the primary liaison between the client and our recruitment team, managing onboarding, compliance and timesheets while driving improvements to the process.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager or inhouse Recruitment within construction labour.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate between sites and recruitment teams.
• Knowledge of onboarding, compliance, right-to-work checks and timesheet processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate all labour requirements across client sites.
• Serve as the main link between client and agency to understand and fulfil needs.
• Oversee a workforce of up to 200 operatives including labourers and trades.
• Collaborate with Site Managers and Contracts Managers to forecast labour needs.
• Attend pipeline meetings to plan upcoming projects and locations.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance checks and timesheet administration.
