Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team.
• Excellent IT, admin and organisational skills.
• Capable of sourcing quality candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates for live vacancies across the UK.
• Proactively use job boards and LinkedIn to find candidates.
• Work with clients to understand their requirements.
• Update and maintain in-house systems.
• CV formatting/writing and profile writing highlighting strengths.
• Advertise vacancies and brief candidates for each role.
• Pre-screen candidates by phone and gauge interest.
• Be the main contact for candidates with a consultative approach.
