Job summary

CDM Recruitment Ltd is expanding its Construction Management team in the North of England and is seeking a proactive candidate towards recruitment support. The role focuses on assisting recruitment consultants in acquiring and managing a candidate talent pool and handling jobsite advertising and CV screening.

You will engage in candidate interviewing, mapping, and data management while developing relationships with internal teams and external candidates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Candidate generation and management.
• Jobsite advertising, searching, and monitoring candidates.
• Advert management including writing responses and follow-ups.
• CV screening and candidate vetting.
• Telephone and face-to-face candidate interviewing.
• Researching and mapping target companies and candidates.
• Data and record management in spreadsheets and CRM.
• Assisting in candidate referencing.
