Reconomy Connect is seeking an Account Coordinator in the Construction & Infrastructure team in Telford. You will work closely with customers to deliver outstanding service and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly through effective organisation and workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a defined set of customers.
• Respond promptly to customer requests by phone or email, in line with KPIs.
• Provide quotes for services and progress to conversion, aligning with agreements.
• Process purchase orders accurately and manage spend according to requirements.
• Review Site Waste Appraisals, identify opportunities and drive optimisations.
• Own customer complaints/queries and implement preventative actions.
• Collaborate with field-based teams to improve commercial and environmental performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector products, services and trends.
• Record, update and maintain customer data in Salesforce.
