Job summary

Reconomy Connect is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Housebuilding team in Telford. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and emails while ensuring smooth daily operations through strong organisation and prioritisation of your workload.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with a team yet owning your tasks and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service in office, retail or hospitality.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Good attention to detail when placing orders.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling over 60 calls per day or an equivalent volume of emails, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation of workload.
You’ll work in a fast-paced team environment, taking ownership of your tasks and building strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate order processing and issue resolution.
