Job summary

Reconomy Connect is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Construction & Infrastructure team in a busy, customer-focused role. You will manage day-to-day queries, build client relationships, and ensure smooth operation through proactive workload management and accurate order handling.

The role requires strong organisational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to drive service excellence and KPI attainment within a hybrid office environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a set customer base.
• Respond to customer requests via phone or email in line with KPIs.
• Provide quotes for services and follow through to conversion.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately and manage spend.
• Review Site Waste Appraisals and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Take ownership of customer complaints/queries and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with Reconomy field-based teams to improve performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector products and industry trends.
• Record and maintain customer data using Salesforce.
