Job summary

Reconomy Connect in Telford is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to deliver outstanding service to a broad customer base within the Business & Industry team. You will nurture relationships, manage inquiries, and ensure resolution from start to finish, using multiple communication channels.

The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with initial full-time office presence; after three months, a hybrid pattern with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, office, retail or hospitality.
• Comfortable with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to a wide range of customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key contacts.
• Support on multiple communication platforms including phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to meet customer needs.
