Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Projects Information Coordinator in Manchester to maintain and improve the business systems underpinning major building sites. You will manage snagging software, dashboards and user guidance for staff and subcontractors.

Working within the Quality & Compliance division, you will train users, support new systems, and drive ongoing improvements across SharePoint, Power Automate, and related tools to deliver accurate informatics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Document Controller or Information Coordinator in a construction/main contractor environment or transferable skills in business systems administration & coordination.
• HND or degree in Construction / Built Environment / Construction
• Highly proficient in Excel and data handling
• Strong literacy and high attention to detail
• Willingness to adapt to new challenges and possess excellent organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain snagging software: create new projects, upload plans, location markers, checklists, eforms and dashboards.
• Maintain snagging iPad assets and ensure accessibility for staff on site.
• Improve systems, manage permissions and workflows in SharePoint and Power Automate.
• Develop and update dashboards for informed decision-making by board and senior management.
• Train users on systems and provide ongoing support to staff and subcontractors.
• Assist in developing or introducing new business systems across sites.
