Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Manager in London to lead BIM and digital construction delivery across major projects. You will work with project teams, designers and supply chain partners to ensure robust BIM processes and information management standards are applied throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of COBie, BEPs, EIRs, and ISO 19650, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to driving digital adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital construction and BIM activities across projects.
• Knowledge of COBie and information management standards.
• BIM processes including BEPs, EIRs and ISO 19650 principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate digital construction and BIM activities across projects.
• Manage design coordination and clash detection processes.
• Collaborate with design teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve design issues.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Employer's Information Requirements (EIR).
• Coordinate model delivery and federation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support COBie implementation and information requirements.
• Provide BIM training and guidance to project teams and supply chain.
• Promote digital construction technologies and drive improvement.
• Produce progress updates and reports on digital delivery.
