Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Information Co-ordinator to join our Construction team with agile working options. Location: London area with flexible hours.

You will help deliver information management in line with ISO 19650 and the Building Safety Act, supporting project teams and clients. You will manage the CDE, deliver training, validate documents, prepare dashboards, and build strong relationships across the project delivery team.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with multi-disciplinary teams and clients
• Experience handling large volumes of data from various sources
• Competence with Electronic Document Management Systems, preferably Asite
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: Excel, Teams, SharePoint
• Proactive, with initiative, train others when needed

Responsibilities

• Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project lifecycles
• Host training sessions and provide ongoing support to teams, clients, designers and subcontractors
• Validate, check and curate incoming/outgoing project documentation to the CDE
• Configure and prepare status reports for workflows and dashboards
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with project teams and stakeholders
