Job summary

SES Engineering Services in Manchester is seeking a Senior Information Coordinator to join our North West Region, supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across sectors.

You will manage digital information, drawings, models and documentation using Common Data Environments and related platforms, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and BIM Execution Plans, including ISO 19650 where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience with Common Data Environments (CDE) and digital information workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 where applicable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and information streams.
• Experience coordinating information across project teams and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead information quality assurance activities (validation, classification, workflow).
• Administer and supervise CDE across project stages, training users as needed.
• Track information deliverables against delivery plans; identify risks and non-compliance.
• Establish and improve information exchange processes and file naming standards.
• Serve as primary contact for CDE and information management support across teams.
