Run Resourcing Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Information Manager for a major UK civil infrastructure project in Havant. You will help build a modern information management function, supporting BIM, document control, governance, reporting and digital handover across internal and external teams.

You will work with the BIM & Information Manager on ISO processes, information procedures, and ensure information quality while coordinating submissions and dashboards on a large project.

Job description

Are you interested in Construction and have experience working with Data & Information software such as Power BI or Autodesk . This role is a way into construction focusing on BIM, information management and digital delivery. You will be based on one of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK.

You'll join the team delivering a major civil engineering project at Havant Thicket Reservoir, a major piece of infrastructure that will serve the regions water supply for generations. You'll work alongside the BIM & Information Manager, helping to build a modern information management function from the ground up. It covers BIM, document control, governance, reporting and digital handover.

You'll be in a busy, large project office, with an experienced team around you.

Key Duties include:

• Support information management processes across internal and external project teams
• Maintain the TIDPs and MIDPs, and monitor information delivery against project requirements and the programme
• Coordinate consultant information submissions
• Support the day-to-day running of the CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Help with document control, metadata management and information quality checks
• Keep registers, trackers and dashboards up to date, and help produce project reporting
• Help put ISO processes in place, along with information governance and security
• Prepare project information for asset handover
• Guide project teams on information procedures and workflows
