ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD in Lutterworth is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Executive to join the onsite sales team. The role offers 100% onsite work and a salary of £30,000–£35,000 per year, with excellent company benefits.

You will contact customers to promote products, upsell, and research leads from subscriptions, while coordinating with external sales, estimators and warehouse staff. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Internal Sales/Telesales/Business Development.
• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Good MS Office skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with ability to upsell.
• Ability to read technical drawings is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Contact new, existing and dormant customers to promote/upsell products by phone and email.
• Research leads and manage a portfolio of customers.
• Liaise with distributors, designers, contractors and merchants.
• Account management for key customers and quotation support.
• Process sales orders and use CRM to enter customer data.
• Read technical drawings and provide technical advice to customers.
