Qualifications

• Document Controller with proven experience in managing project documentation.
• Strong with EDMS platforms and document control processes.
• Experience in construction/major projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of information governance and audit trails.
• Excellent organisational and multi-disciplinary coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control processes and metadata standards.
• Manage receipt, registration, tracking and distribution of project documentation.
• Ensure documents are version-controlled and stored in the correct systems.
• Oversee document workflows, reviews and approvals.
