Your role will involve maintaining EDMS platforms, training users, and ensuring data integrity and audit trails across complex infrastructure projects in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Document Controller or Information Management role.
• Strong understanding of document control within construction, engineering, or major projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control processes and metadata standards.
• Manage receipt, registration, tracking and distribution of project documentation.
• Ensure documents are version-controlled and stored in appropriate systems.
• Oversee workflows, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.
