A reputable construction contractor in the UK is seeking a Senior Administrator to support business operations and project management. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a keen ability to manage various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have some experience in construction administration, be IT savvy, and possess a full UK driving licence. The position offers a salary between £25,000 and £30,000 plus benefits including private healthcare and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration or construction admin beneficial.
• Understanding of basic Health & Safety (H&S) and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage Directors’ diaries and arrange meetings.
• Coordinate day-to-day office and project administration.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients.
• Oversee upkeep of company vehicles.
• Support HR administration including holidays and expenses.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding.
