Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd in Hayes, Middlesex is seeking a Construction Administrator to support multiple live projects with essential administrative tasks, maintain project data, update programmes and compile contractor documentation.

You will manage spreadsheets, cross-reference survey and asset information, assist with build packs and permits, and help with quotation, completion and invoicing processes. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress as the department grows.

Qualifications

• Non-negotiable: previous administration or coordination experience.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Full UK right to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across multiple live projects.
• Maintain project data and update programmes of work.
• Compile accurate documentation for contractors.
• Manage build packs, permits and related records.
• Support quotation, completion and invoicing processes.
