Job summary

UK Power Networks in Crawley is seeking a Connection Agreements Coordinator to join a small team within the Finance directorate. This permanent role reports to the Billing and Agreements Manager and is based at Energy House in Crawley.

You will administer customer connection agreements and act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring records stay complete and up to date. The position offers a salary of £30,816 with a 7.5% bonus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer customer connection agreements and agreed variations.
• Respond to customer and representative enquiries by email and telephone about the standing data held in their agreements.
• Explain the available options for changing connection agreement information in a clear and helpful way.
• Update standing data and customer connection records for new or amended agreements.
• Monitor the issue, return and filing of connection agreements, maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Resolve queries promptly, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Work with internal colleagues and external customers to obtain the information needed to progress agreements.
• Handle personal and commercially sensitive information in line with data protection, UK GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
• Follow relevant regulatory requirements and team processes when completing connection agreement activities.
