Job summary

UK Power Networks (Operations) Ltd in Crawley is seeking a highly organised Connections Agreements Coordinator to manage customer connection agreements and variations. You will be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring information is clear and records are up-to-date in line with regulatory requirements.

You will work within Finance under the Billing and Agreements Manager and handle sensitive information with care, focusing on accuracy, GDPR compliance and timely responses to

Qualifications

• Five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A-C, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications or relevant practical experience.
• Experience building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of data protection and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer connection agreements and agreed changes.
• Respond to customer enquiries by email and telephone, explaining available options clearly.
• Update standing data and connection records accurately.
• Monitor the issue, return and filing of agreements.
• Work with internal colleagues and external customers to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Handle sensitive information in line with UK GDPR, confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
